Himachal Pradesh is a magical place where the sun sets in paradise. It is the north Indian state. the beauty of mountain, rivers, greenery of trees is a magnificent combination of nature you can see here. 

Shimla is the capital of HP. hear people speak Hindi, Panjabi, Pahari and kanashi language. This state generates its 90% income from truism and 90% of people are living in the village.

You can enjoy here, Religious places, fairs and festivals, apple farms, colonial mansions, cricket ground, museums, monasteries, royal palaces.

 I tell you when I was in HP I visited Shimla, Kullu, Manali, khajiyar and so many other places and they all are marvelous. If you want some break from your routine duty and want to feel the nature best place is HP.

Kullu: It is famous for great Himalayan ranges, nature, hill station and temples. If you are on a lookout for fresh air and green mountains amidst the snow-covered ranges then Kullu indeed should be on the top of your list. It is fit for all type of people but the most favorite for a newlywed couple. You enjoy the adventure in Solang valley. you can also take advantage of hiking, camping, angling and I tell you my favorite is river rafting.

Chandigarh is the nearest airport, 252 km away. The nearest railhead is also in Chandigarh, 270 Kms away. Kullu is 570 Kms from Delhi via road. 





 Shimla: One of the best ever hill station in India. Shimla which is the right mix of Indian glory with British superiority. it is holy stunning landscape and fresh climate all through the year. you can full fill your desire of shopping at the mall road. you can trek to jakhu hills and visit lord hanuman's temple. when I visit Viceregal Lodge, I amazed by the British elegance. I also play hands-on Polo at Annandale which is 4km from the Ridge. you can also visit a nearby location like Tattapani, Solan, Mashobra.

From Shimla, Chandigarh is at a distance of 117 kilometers, Manali at 260 kilometers and Delhi at 343 kilometers.




Dharmshala: First of all, it is the residence of Dalai Lama. It must be in your list of the best place in HP. Famous not only because of its climate but also you get to see how multicultural Indian community lives in harmony with the Indo Tibetan community. You can enjoy a boat ride across the Dal Lake and witness the royal Kangra Fort. you may like Bhagsunath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and simultaneously enjoy the tumble Bhagsu falls. some other places you enjoy and complete your journey at Dharmsala are various monasteries, the Kangra Art Museum, the Dalai Lama Temple Complex and see the magnificent tea plantation on the foothills of Kangra valley.

Some nearby places to visit are Khajjiar, Bir Billing, 

Palampur.Dharamshala is well-connected to Delhi The journey is almost 520 kilometers from Delhi.




Dalhousie: Dalhousie was named after British governor Lord Dalhousie. The most beautiful hill station of HP and place of peace also if you want to live in peace and enjoy the nature of the beauty of the early morning and setting son this is one of the best places. Dalhousie is built on and around five hills: Kathalagh, Potreyn, Terah, Bakrota, and Bhangora. Bordered by snow-capped peaks, and punctuated by lakes and waterfalls, it is known as the Little Switzerland of India.

you can take advantage of Panch Pulla (waterfalls/picnic spots and a moderate trek) , Chamara Lake, Satdhara Falls.

Khajiyar is the best place for river rafting,  rock climbing, and hiking 




Chamba: it is famous for art, temples, and beauty of nature. The major attraction here that you like to see are banni mata and laxminarayan temple. Dalhousie and khajiya is very near. I think it just takes one day to visit but if you want to enjoy peace than it on you to live near to nature. the spectacular beauty of chamba has turned this place into a haven for nature lovers. located on the bank of river Ravi at an altitude of 900 meters from the sea level, it is an excellent place for a holiday retreat.
